I want to give you tools to manage anxiety and depression and show you how to live in a more balanced mental space. I want you to feel the powerful nature of Spirit as it moves through you. I want to tell the world that it is possible to live the life of your dreams! It doesn’t matter if you are a teacher, medical professional, first responder, full-time parent, teenager, high- level athlete, or retired—we can all live a more fulfilling life.
Attaining your Optimal State® can be a life goal for people of any age, any race, any religion and culture, any socioeconomic level, and any gender or sexual identity. Although we all want to be happy, free of pain, and living our best lives, you may be asking yourself how it is possible that one method can work for so many different types of people. The foundation of the Optimal State® Method comes from India’s ancient yogis and includes universal truths that go beyond time and space. The wisdom of these sages, or rishis, has been passed down for thousands of years and withstood the test of time and context. There is no reason to believe these techniques will not work for you, just as they have for so many others.
